As far as I know, JWT takes the original GT28RS compressor housing and modifies them to accomodate the stock piping. In these pictures you can see where the new compressor inlet has been press fit in and then sealed with epoxy, and the compressor outlet has been tig welded on. Is it just me, or does the scroll section of the compressor housing of the JWT 700BB actually look like it has a larger volume then the GT28R housing? That could be just the difference in the pictures though. Also, it appears that the 700BB compressor housing has a larger inlet, and has maintained some of the anti-surge inlet geometry that the GT28RS has on it's original housing. Oh ya, nice work Chip, it looks like these will be an affordable option to the JWT 700BB turbos with very similar performance. 700BB:
